At Cedar + Scrubs, we want you to feel supported and confident in every purchase. Because many of our items are made-to-order and digital, our refund guidelines help protect both our customers and our small business.

Please read the details below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Refund Policy - the basics

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

We will happily:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on stock and your preference.

Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake, we will correct it right away. You will receive a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns for Size/Change of Mind

Because apparel is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Colour preference

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for courier delays or lost packages, but we will support you by helping file a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellations 

Because items begin processing shortly after purchase, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for your request

  • Photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days.
